Residencies

Throughout the academic year 2010/2011 Reckless Sleepers led a series of different creation residencies with UK Universities. That included
Manets Mirror – A live writing and radio broadcast project for public spaces hosted at MAC Birmingham and Worcester University.
Die Young Stay Pretty created with final year students of contemporary performance at the University of Hull Scarborough.
A 2nd year performance project made over 4 weeks with a small group contemporary theatre students at Salford University.
Our 7th invitation to lead one of the Artists projects at MMU with 15 final year students
A 3-day residency at the university of Kent supporting the final development phases of 4th year student ensemble performances.
A 3-day residency at Winchester University supporting the development of students solo performance pieces.
All of our residency programmes for Universities support the development of students work, providing strategies to support devising projects.
Some of the students involved in the projects will be asked to join the company in creating new performance projects.
